Product Description
It is acrylic emulsion based, used as a cement modifier when applied, provides good bond with masonry/ cement and thus improves the tensile and flexural strength properties of the mortar.

Use as Bonding Agent:
Clean the surface thoroughly of its loose concrete, dust etc. and pre-wet with water to a SSD (Saturated Surface Dry) condition. Ensure that there is no standing water. For a Bond Coat, mix AquaArm MultiCrete and Cement in the ratio of 1:1 by weight. Brush apply a single coat over the clean surface, allow this coat to become tacky and then apply fresh concrete/mortar. If bond coat is dried, apply another to ensure effective bonding.
Use as Repair Mortar modifier:
A suitable mix ratio for patching repair mortar is as follows:
Mix design – Cement 50 Kg: Washed sand 150 Kg, AquaArm MultiCrete 5 to 7.5 Kg and Water 10 Ltr. (sufficient water can be added to give the required consistency).
Mixing and Application:
Use PAN Mixer to ensure through mixing of AquaArm MultiCrete mortar. Use suitable sized rum with heavy duty electrical drill machine fitted with a spiral paddle mixer at a slow speed of 400-500 rpm.
Coverage :
1 Lit of AquaArm MultiCrete when mixed with 1.5 to 2 Kg cement will give coverage 2 Sq.m for 2 coats Note: Coverage-will depend on brand of cement and its subsequent mix. As a thumb rule, 1 Kg/sq.m (mix material 1:2 ratio with cement) is applied in 2 coats. The consumption varies depending upon the critically.
