MCON SUPER HACK is a unique single component liquid bonding agent for plaster that strengthens the bond between the plaster and concrete. MCON SUPER HACK is an efficient and cost-effective product. This product is a customized solution that completely eliminates the need to hack concrete surfaces that will receive plaster.

SPECIALITY POLYMER LATEX THAT ELIMINATES NEED FOR HACKING MCON SUPER HACK Concrete surface for treatments must be thoroughly cleaned of all laitance, loose materials, oils, grease etc.
Application of Mortar Plaster :- Moisten the surface with clean water and remove excess surface water. Apply single coat of MCON SUPER HACK by brush / roller or spray on pretested surface. When the bond coat becomes tacky (1/2 Hour to 8 hours, apply the chat coat (dash coat) of plaster. Allow the chat coat (dash coat) to dry for 24 hours and then apply the plaster to finish work.
Application of Gypsum Plaster :- Moisten the surface with clean water and remove excess surface water. Apply single coat of MCON SUPER HACK by brush / roller or spray on pretested surface. When the bond coat becomes tacky, apply the gypsum plaster with trowel to desire thickness.
